BARBELL LOGIC ONLINE COACHING
I live in Boulder, work full time as a neuroscientist, and spend almost all my free time coaching. I've helped hundreds of people get stronger through clear communication, passion, and hard work.
One on One Introduction To Training:
A two and a half hour long session covering the basics of training, programming and how to squat, press, and deadlift. This is mandatory for all new clients - $300
1-on-1 Rate: $125/hr
Monthly In-Person Coaching and Programming:
Four 1 on 1 sessions plus week by week personal programming for the month. $500/Month
Small group Rates:
2 on 1: $95/hr
3 on 1: $75/hr

A consultation is free and can be done via phone or video chat. The consult is simply an opportunity for us to chat and discuss your goals in more detail. You can ask questions, get answers, and we get to know each other. After the consult we can decide if it will be a good fit. If it is, we can set up the first training session shortly thereafter.
